About Me

Hi, my name is Chidubem. I am a resourceful and achievement-driven professional with over six years of experience in full-time and part-time roles in customer service, operations, sales, project management, data analysis and financial planning and analysis (FP&A) across different sectors including beauty, telecommunications, banking, real estate, financial technology, health technology and FMCG.

 

I have a B.Sc in Biochemistry from Covenant University, Nigeria. Some of my certifications include a Customer Service, Project Management Essentials Certified (PMEC), Business Process Improvement, Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Business analysis, Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.

I am skilled in data preparation, transformation, visualization using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL which gives me the ability to translate complex questions into understandable insights to make data-driven decisions.
